Delivery

 

Delivery times for each product are listed on its product page. Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 1–3 days of receiving your order.

 

Orders under £150 are typically sent via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked/Signed, while orders over £150 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

 

If you need your item by a specific date, please get in touch — we can often dispatch sooner than stated. In some cases, ready-to-ship items can be sent the same day. To check availability, call 07900 582 805, then select Special Delivery at checkout.

 

Please note: Guaranteed delivery ends 10 days before 25th December.

 

Returns Policy

 

Jewellery purchased from our website may be returned unworn within:

 

• 28 days for an exchange or credit note

• 7 days for a full refund (excluding postage)

 

Please note that earrings, made-to-order pieces, and bespoke commissions are non-returnable.

 

If you wish to return an item, please email us as soon as possible.

 

All original packaging — including a copy of your delivery receipt — must be included with your return.
