Who I am
I am a fully qualified trainer with a specialism in pre and post-natal fitness. As a mother of three, I feel that I am particularly well placed to encourage and motivate others on their journey to health and well being.
Having always been passionate about maintaining a strong and healthy body, I left a career in corporate banking ten years ago to start my beautiful family. I have been fortunate to have had three healthy, trouble free pregnancies and natural deliveries and have maintained my fitness throughout this period. I now wish to share the incredible benefits of looking after your body during these important child bearing years, to maintain your strength, posture and energy - as well as your all important self-confidence.
Having grown up in Amersham, I returned from spending four years in Durban, South Africa, where I was lucky enough to train with some of their top athletes. I formalised my qualifications and graduated from Premier as a Level 3 and NASM (National Acadamy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer this year. I have studied further and obtained my Certificate in Exercise Prescription for pre and post natal clients to enable me to share my passion for the holistic benefits of exercise with other women.
What I do
I begin by providing pre and post-natal health assessments as well as considering exactly where you are in your pregnancy or date postpartum. I then create individually designed training sessions for you to meet your goals over the short, medium and longer term. Using a personally tailored plan, my aim is to work with you to establish and achieve your particular targets, and make the process of getting there enjoyable, rewarding and fun!

- pubic symphysis and pelvic pain management
- postural correction to minimise and avoid lower back pain

- stretching and flexibility training postpartum
- cardiovascular conditioning
